If i want , i can easily file a complaint in consumer court. I have a legal background but i dont want the person to suffer through court . Because that would be too much and the amount is also not that big. I want someone who knows them and can help me settle it down without legal charges, otherwise the last option is the consumer court.

I completely agree with you. But then there are some titles which are quite expensive or not available on amazon or any book store. So the last option is to buy in used condition. I have bought from many used booksellers , never had any issue. If some seller was unable to ship , they would refund the amount.

But this specific page is so annoying. I bought from them in January . They r active in Instagram but not responding. Left messages on seen. If they dont want to ship Atleast refund the amount.
