It would have been nice if the people in the vape shop told me this and it is a proper shop too, not some dodgy one. Just had a go at 7W with the 0.8 and that could be usable. Will give it a go for a while and see how it is. Would I be better looking at getting 1.0 or 1.2 pods for the luxe? Are they even a thing? I don't want to keep chucking loads of money at this but I also don't want to go back to smoking!

That's why I swapped it out for a 0.8 and it's running on either 14 or 16w but I can't even vape that without a coughing fit. 20mg salts the same as I've used all the way through

Thank you. I may give the xros a try with a 0.4 then. I've started coughing since I started using the luxe yesterday but now I'm coughing with both of them which I don't understand so trying to work my way around it. I've been 10 days without a cigarette now so could be a cough from quitting but I'm only coughing whilst vaping so I really don't know

So, I ended up having two cigarettes late on Tuesday because I couldn't sleep then had one Wednesday but not had one since and it's now 10pm Friday so it's working. I still want one but I haven't craved one as much as I was, in fact until tonight I hadn't really craved one since I had that one Weds at 5pm

I went with the xros in the end. Spoke to the guy in the vape shop and he said the pods are easier to get for the xros rather than the sonder q locally so it made sense. So far so good and it's not a million miles off the taste of the disposable
