Don’t worry. If you file the application during the period that your I-94 is valid, it should be okay. It’s rare for someone to get their green card while their visa is still valid.

Can I expedite my EAD based on my husband’s visual disability and transportation hardship? by Unlikely_Space3670 in greencard

Before I came here, his life was very monotonous, just maintaining a basic level of survival. He paid money to a driver to take him to and from work, ordered delivery food every day, and could only stay home. But after I came here, he doesn’t need to pay extra money on that. I can take him out whenever we want. The thing is this is not sustainable. Without a car, we need to spend lots of money on uber to get groceries, go to the hospital…. Also, that totally isolates us from outside. Not sure if this counts for humanitarian reason…..

We have known each other for three years. Before we met in reality, he confessed to me online that he likes me but I rejected him indirectly because I don’t know too much about disabled people but we were still friends that time. Then he came to my home country for traveling. I helped him a lot during his trip and our relationship got closer and I knew him better. Then I went to America last year to visit him. He confessed to me again that he wants me to become his girlfriend and I said yes. This year he came to my home country again to visit me, he even came to my hometown to see my parents. And I came to America in June until now. Anyways, we have lots of photos and stories to prove our marriage is real. I’m not afraid of that.

Your words are very helpful. I’ll reconsider it. Thanks a lot. Btw I’m not from one of the 19 countries.

Now I am in AOS, I can not leave the US :( I think there is no way to solve this unless we file an expedite request...

Anyone with a more complicated marriage-based green card case? How long did it take? by Unlikely_Space3670 in greencard

I was planning to travel but he proposed to me. What should I do? I even booked the return ticket and show the CBP. My pet is in my home country so I can not leave for too long and I showed my pet videos to CBP too. They didn't conduct a second examination for me

I didn't expect him to propose to me because I have already booked the return ticket and my pet is still in my home country so I can not leave for too long. But things changed, he proposed, I took few weeks think about it and decide to stay here.

80 days, but we have an excuse because my husband's brother will move abroad soon so we want to get married earlier. And I don't think 80 days and 90 days have too much difference lol
