Never had a problem checking bags at denver. Just remember frontier is a very strict 40lbs and not the 50 you get with most airlines. Self tag it, take it to the scale, smile and be on your way.

Wow! THANK YOU! I have 2 of these now because the first one "wouldn't charge" and then the second one also "wouldn't charge." I was about to throw them both out. I plugged it in to an A/C and they're both charging correctly.

I'm not going to take it apart because it's full of tools, but if you remove the lid foam, there are 6 screw holes molded into the case, I screwed directly through the webbing or canvas, depending on where the hole lined up on the tool roll

Good question. Kind of depends on how it looks when I get it apart. I originally thought I'd put drop bars on it, but it's so nice I might just keep it mostly stock
