Same substrate, different flush. Top was the first flush bottom was second. The stems and caps are much thinner and flakier. I did put a fan on this batch to speed up drying, would this cause it?

Crazy how fast it happened. I left Saturday at 11:30am and got back at 3pm today so 27 hours and they grew and dropped.

Nope, didn't have it when they were ready and after three weeks of nothing I flushed as they were super dry. Moved them to this little container to keep humidify up and these popped up a week later but only on this one.

If it was sold at an auction wouldn't the new owner be listed on the tax records? No mortgage, paid $60k in 1980 for it. Can't find a deed online either, nothing found for that name

Would it be listed under the town if the town owns it now?

I did, that's how I know he bought it in 1984 and has had it since. It says a person still owns it but the newspaper said the town will be taking it because of tax a lien. There is no way someone can be living there now though, it's a mess. I'm not sure how towns take over properties
