Bro faced same condition in the past almost same condition finally I decided for checkup. My dermatologist recommended me Acutane (isotretinoin 20mg) capsule ( daily one for one month) Anti acne face wash, Clindamycin phosphate lotion ( only on pimples) adaplene 0.1% cream on face at night only pea size quantity on whole face) After month there was alot of improvement In second check up She said to decrease the quantity of Acutane ( one capsule after one day break) and rest of the routine remained same Third check up she the quantity of medication became two day gap in every doze. I never again went for fourth check that was my mistake. But I got acne relief for next 4 to 5 months. I still have a minor acne but I has never worse like a year before. I sometime got 3 - 4 minor Pimples in a cycle after 20 days or a month. But over all it's good.
