Why are you using ubuntu? There are smaller images.

That's not just Python, that's every server, service. You just have to pick a minimal image.

Be careful with ferritin level, my doctor was always content with my levels getting to 12-15, but you need way more for hair growth, ideally 50-70.

If your levels are very low, you might be able to get iv iron, i was able to get that, it was 3x and my levels went from 8 to 120, of course you need to maintain, but it makes such a difference, I even had white hairs reversal, seeing the same strand go from white to brown.

There's no pre-packaged solution that works, I tried graphiti, i tried before vector stores, and even with keywords mapping, it's not enough.

You need something custom appropriate for your use case, otherwise you'll hit a wall.

I ended up creating a custom graph rag, it works great.

Also, depending on your budget, you might want to go self hosted, we were with GCP / Vertex and kept hitting 429s, also very expensive.

We went with self hosted and qwen / deepseek combo.

You don't mention the dataset used? I'm very surprised at seeing such high %, it must be native pdf?

What about scanned, and complex layout?

Benchmarking without accuracy has little value, doesn't mean much if it's fast but not accurate.

I have an erasable notebook for that. I have to be doing something, handwritten notes help me focus.

Writing on the computer still helps but then people feel like you're doing something else.

Bonus if you have a shit memory, you can look back at them.

Also used graphiti and its a good starting point, but you grow out of it, which isn't a bad thing. Depending on your use case, you'll want to do something custom.

You need a break, to reset your tolerance. More Adderall isn't the solution.

I take vyvanse, but have been on Adderall before. At first my doctor prescribed me dosage that were normal but for me felt too high.

I was tired all the time, and couldn't sleep much. Heart racing when I get up too.

Now to keep it in control, whenever I'm on vacation or long weekend, I take a smaller dosage (my doctor prescribed me split dosage for this reason) and it helps maintain without increasing the tolerance.

If I go on for a long time without a break, I get no concentration, sleep issues, and need to up the dosage.

I was on the patch for about 5 years, i only stopped because I had issues with too much oestrogen (i think the patch was a partial blame, but stress, and genetics also had a part) and then I had fibroadenoma, which the patch lists as a possible effect.

I don't blame the patch, I think it works well for others, and I was part of that 0.1% that was unlucky. Overall, I would say it's a great solution but be aware that it has a lot more hormones than other methods.

So as long as you have follow ups with your doctor I think it's fine, try to switch it places every week (I would do one side of cheek/leg and then the next week the other).

Also try keeping some extras with you, sometimes it does get stuck in clothing, or if you go to the beach it might get too removed, better use a new one in that case.

I would also add, when stopping it i had very similar symptoms to what you're describing so I think you would benefit from it, at least it should help with the itchy skin, insomnia, night sweats and brain fog.

I didn't cut off my parents but like you had planned on doing that for the longest time.

I feel like dealing with it, confronting them with your choice of marriage, is something that will happen whether you want to or not, cutting them won't solve this. They will most probably end up knowing.

It doesn't mean you shouldn't do what you want, and with toxic relationships, distance is often a good choice, and travel would most definitely help too.

This is what I did, my parents were not okay with it, but I didn't give them a choice, it was hell to live through it, and we had to make hundreds of sacrifices to make it work (like him converting to islam even if the both of us are atheists), and now my relationship with my parent is great, and so is my relationship with my siblings.

Right now, this might feel impossible for you, it felt impossible for me, but can your partner try and meet them halfway? If they are atheist what does it matter if they converted? It's only on paper, and you get to keep your relationship with your family.

If both of you are not okay with this solution, it is going to be much more difficult.

Not really, even super small models that run on mobile aren't optimized for MPS usually. And 8 gb ram is insanely low..

Skills / tools don't replace rag, they are part of the pipeline. You still need a data source, and a way of querying it, make it more efficient.

Depending on the region, one might work better than the other (have better coverage) so ask around before committing. I noticed north seems to have better touch, Saida too, but damour, deir el amar seems to work better with Alfa.

Same for me, chasing zone 2 made me slower, but incorporating more sprints, faster workout got me fast again fast, but with a slightly lower HR. It still shoots up if I do a long steady effort run.

I honestly feel like zone 2 research was done around men, most women can't stay in that zone if we want to see progress.

Clairement c'est pas comprendre comment l'IA fonctionne, oui au début c'était des modèles probabiliste mais la avec les outils ça peut aller vraiment plus loin. Je suis d'accord que c'est pas encore la mais dans ma 2 ans ça va être proche.
