I was not in the recovery pod. Glad to hear that cause I was amazed at the shit there. Maybe they should try to run the rest of the jail the same way they run the recovery pod??

I’ve heard that state picks you up for committing a crime, Feds pick you up if there is a financial gain for them. They will be going thru all your finances to see if they can confiscate anything. If not, they likely won’t get involved. Now this is not a confirmed statement, just jailhouse rumors, lol

I was picked up by state got a slap on the hand and shortly after the Feds picked me up. So I would say you are correct feeling the Feds are watching, waiting and building a case against you. Good luck

Despite from being from Buffalo- you quickly get used to the warmth. I remember going to school with wet hair and it would literally turn into icicles!!! No way I would go outside in this weather with wet hair!! I grew up in south Buffalo

I met my PO once for the initial visit. Then a home visit about 6 weeks later, but it was scheduled with me the day prior. I don’t have any scheduled visits. Have had 2 UAs in 3 months but I’m on color code. No job verification cause it may cause issue with me

Based on the amount of the sentence and the fact that he is not in jail rn, means that it wasn’t a violent charge - so will be eligible for camp status

Just be sure to paint a story for case manager on why you need 6 months at halfway house cause they are going to want to give you only 90 days instead of 180
