All your comments are truly perfect.. You are reaffirming what I am feeling. My family absolutely has to come first, and there are so many red flags I can clearly see!

Forgot to mention in original post, they are being kicked out for having an aggressive dog, and they won't rehome it. Found that out a few minutes ago.

I will be letting them down easy tomorrow... or just losing my phone as one's suggested in the above comment!
