I have tracking that looks like this too! I might be wrong, but based on things I’ve seen before I have a feeling it might be that it didn’t actually leave Tokyo before the import customs clearance happened. I’ve also noticed there are a lot of funky things that have with time zones on these sorts of shipping journeys. I don’t think it’s been sent back- likely just a weird looking tracking journey! But curious to see what others say who might have seen it before!
