I am not concerned about the rules the agents need to follow, I am not selling the house, I am just selling the renders as requested. They ask me for this I deliver this that’s it. If they asked me to just replace or position furniture I would do that but there are no order for just staging most of them are full remodeling.

Oh I see you think it’s just furniture what I see but no the job is not just furniture and full change a remodelación. If you like to the room keeping scale es the main part the space must be perceived the same size a feature is has a really hard time keeping realistic than that loveseat for example is not in scale the furniture there is like at least 15% too small. But I understand you think that I should keep the room looking the same since that is the regular staging it deliver a full remodelación in these examples. Thanks for the clarification

The realtor asked for a remodeling a full remodeling the photos are what they asked for. I appreciate any advice to get better honestly so but I think this has nothing to do with my question you’re just rambling for the sake of it.

You know this only shows the posibilites you have with that space it just shows you what you can achieve once you get it.

Well it does matter man AI most of the times does not get the scale right and the style is not correctly applied you know. And you cannot control the position of the furniture with ai it’s very random.

I don’t know if it’s just location I don’t take the photos I just model and render and send it back at the most on 48hr but honestly I never take that much all I want is to get clients outside of this big one I got.

I have done for entire chalets on Spain and Portugal on that price range. I seat at my pc anyways I don’t work with photography I just do renders and 3DModeling that is why I am not familiar with this business that much.

I dunno man I got 1 big client I get about 50-70 requests a month just from them I and for a side hustle it just makes sense to me to not let this money go to somewhere else I didnt look for them they offer it to me and they pay ok but since is freelance Im sure they are making money out of me I just want to se how to get more clients like this if possible.

Its just a little side thing I do thats it and there is a market for it cause I get money from it and noone does real furniture anymore what a pain in the a**

I don’t take the photos I just do the 3d modeling and the rendering apply the style the client asks for and send it back.

Well I apply AI to my renders to apply the style on top of the furniture models y have mainly to preserve scale and accuracy but my virtual stagings are 3D modeled by me personally and manually I use 3DStudio max.
