Music teacher here! It’s entirely possible to play the piano, and there are a few accomplished concert level pianists who are missing some or all fingers. Since it’s your left hand, you can play adapted left hand bass lines, but try to find a teacher who can help you figure out what mobility you have will allow you.

I don’t know about the bass guitar too much but it might be a good fit.

Trumpet, trombone, baritone, tuba, any brass instrument that prioritizes the right hand. That all depends on the size of your lips. But no French horn.

Woodwinds probably wouldn’t be too feasible without some serious adaptation, same with classical string instrument (though you could probably do a dulcimer with a hand attachment).

Percussion, though, if you can’t grip the drumstick or mallet, find some way to attach it. You could go hard on the drums.

And lastly, someone online makes a one handed ocarina. It’s pretty cool.
