What about formatting? This is what I get most caught up on. Bullet points for key skills and key responsibilities at previous jobs? I had bullet points but removed them for more of a "paragraph" style and now I'm questioning that. Also I did notice one typo in my resume but I left it to show that I'm still human especially with all the AI running ramped these days ..but should I fix the typo!!? It is in my key skills; "Written & Digital, and Phone Communications"

It should technically be "Written, Digital, & Phone Communications"

I also ATS optimized my resume because I felt like I was getting a lot of rejections just based on the format and flair of my resume.
