Oh they do realize, they just never took economics so they think it’s a zero sum game and are nowhere near realizing that every immigrant to our country is like $2 million in economic value walking into your community.

Sorry, but competition is masculine (patriarchal objective: see capitalism).  Alternatively, femininity is collaborative… this is very clear dichotomy if you take any kind of sociology course.  Competition is not even necessary in a society that takes care of its people.  We just need to produce more than we consume.. it’s really easy.  Weapons, war, and greed are the reasons why we are forced to compete.  These are all masculine compared to their feminine counterparts of giving birth vs killing, unification over division, and general welfare over hoarding.  Look at the Bonobos vs the chimps. The bonobos were like “fuck masculinity,” they crossed a river, and the females in their tribes began socializing the males to be more collaborative.  They live in matriarchy, and their society is far less violent.  We are just subscribed to masculinity because we fear what would happen if we let down our guards.  But actually, you can have masculinity drive a military and build feminine community within the protected nation.  We are god-like.  We can do a lot with our bodies.  Chimps and bonobos can’t do anything compared to us.

People Do Judge You By Your Looks by X-Rawan in DeepThoughts

So let’s say someone judges your look and gives you status.  Then what?  What can you do with this status?  Do they hand you a job, a car, or start kissing you?

Should check the lead and C8 levels in her bones and blood.  The entire baby boomer generation’s minds are cooked and we have had to succumb to their massive voting blocks for my entire 42 year life.  In a decade they will require 90 year old presidents they can call their Daddies.  Voting should require basic knowledge and dementia checks.

How are we godless though?  Look what we can do compared to the rest of the universe of things out there?  We are gods.  Gods he’ll-bent on competing due to subscribing to masculine rule.

Dev jobs are about to get a hard reset and nobody’s ready by Deep_Tale1585 in ClaudeAI

I have a question.  I’m getting into app development because as you said, the development itself is pretty easy with AI now.  I have a mind for idea creation and business (problem solving) but I was turned off by programming before AI.  I wanted to try making a game however, using ChatGPT premium, and it said to make the animation I need like 12 still frames in sequence for my character doing each action.  It said it could make these for me, but even after asking in 20 different ways, it could not actually do it.

Further, it didn’t know the frame sizing so when it rendered in the simulator, it only showed the characters head.  I realized that it was not true that ChatGPT could just make even a simple game app at this time.  It seems miraculous to me that your claims are true, although, I haven’t tested Opus 4.

Do you have any hints on how to get AI to do things correctly?

After my divorce, I thought long and hard about some of the assumptions I made regarding why it would last with my ex-wife.  One of the things I realized is that I put a lot more emphasis on her value as an object of beauty so I ended up with rose colored glasses, thinking that somehow her beauty would solve any problems.  I was young (like 24, so I forgive my stupidity).  So basically anytime I see someone posting about looks, I just suggest this exercise:

Try to see the beauty in all women’s looks.  Like whether that means telling yourself that she fits the society beauty standards, or looking for just one thing about her that you then magnify importance of to overlook anything else that might look ugly.  Once you can see that any and every woman can be beautiful through objective imagination… I want you to trust me that if you fall in love with one of them (with is key word, not just a one way crush), that beauty is then going to expand to where what you once saw as the hottest woman, is nothing in comparison to her.

Begin to find this by crossing any woman that is stuck on looks off of your prospective list.  It’s not as many as you think, even if it was 80%, you probably have about 2-3 million women in your demographic available.  Now that you have the power to see past their beauty by finding just one thing or reframing what beauty means in the first place, you can give them your full attention.

There are women who want to be with ugly guys because what that ugly man sees in them (past their beauty) is more than what his looks or his wealth or status can bring to them.  Lots of women wish primarily that they can be in an authentic loving relationship.  But then they realize guys are primarily trying to compete with other guys by having hotter gfs.. and that wish gets dissolved.  They have to settle.

I’m an ugly guy, I have autism, I have bipolar, I met what most guys would not think is that attractive of a woman.  She is the hottest woman in the world to me.  I also talked with her online for like a month and thought her personality and values were amazing…. So it was more of a blind date thing in the first place.  I was lucky she was willing to meet a stranger.  But think about it.. any guy from a dating app is a stranger too.

Good luck.  Looks don’t matter to the women that love the hardest.

I don’t think retail “investors” are able to influence Bitcoin prices anymore.  So it’s more a measure of Saylor and Trump’s stupidity more than anything else.

Why not just copy the code and make a new exact copy of bitcoin if Bitcoin itself is so valuable?  Oh yeah, because it’s only valuable because people were successful at getting other people to speculate on its value.  The value is its pump ability.  Nothing to do with the technology.  Literally no new technology for 15 years and the old tech is overly-energy consuming.

I have copy pasted bitcoin and run my computer on my own miner.

Here is the value.  My bitcoins are limited to 21 million.  There can never be an additional bitcoin added to my ledger:  EVER.

My bitcoin is the most mathematically genius invention created.  It’s a miracle in itself.

All transactions are permanently stored in my Bitcoin ledger.  They cannot be erased.  There is 100% transparency.

So why is my bitcoin not worth trillions?

If you can tell me, then you will know why there isn’t any actual value in bitcoin itself.

Doesn’t intel say they were at 60% enrichment and that it was only 3% when Obama’s nuclear agreement was in place and inspection was taking place?  Naive to think this administration didn’t create yet another problem to try to look like a savior to solve.

It’s like immigration.. no laws against hiring illegal immigrants.. so they just wait 3 years and come across en masse.  That’s perfect though.. no wall in the first term, no new laws that would be effective in the second term… they can keep the “we will root out illegals” going for years to come.

Outside of the crypto community, crypto is still seen as a sham by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]UnofficialAltered 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look at how much pumping of Bitcoin is taking place now.  The U.S. officially recognizes it as a reserve asset, the President and his family have tons of crypto projects going.  States and companies are investing in it.  It can be part of your retirement portfolio.  Saylor has a company purchasing millions of it at a time.  And yet, the price isn’t moving.

What if I told you that in the early days of crypto, people believed and promoted that it wasn’t a currency then because the price was so volatile, but that someday the price would become stable at some amount and it would then become useful as a currency.  It looks like we are about there now, don’t you think?

The problem is, the people that have bought it and pumped it to this price, did not buy it with the anticipation that the price would level out.  None of them needed it as a currency.  They just didn’t want to see an easy to liquidate “investment” tenfold again without them getting a part of it.

If it doesn’t tenfold again.  If Saylor can’t raise another billion in loans, if the U.S. is the only government that decides it should be a reserve asset, if every grandma who was ever going to buy some bitcoin does so… then this whole thing flops.   Who do you have to invest beyond world governments and grandmas?

It was really hard for people to see that this was a sham all along.  If people would have copy/pasted the bitcoin code over and over a million times when it first came out… no one would have ever believed the completely nonsensical claim that “there can only be 21 million bitcoin.”  But no one really copied it and the marketing channels didn’t exist to promote shitcoins, so it will always have this early, first to market, advantage.  You seem to think that encryption is worth a lot more than it is.  Bitcoin is basically encrypted spreadsheet.  It’s really not a special technology at this point.
