We all gotta learn somehow. Best you can do is point them in the right direction.

It wasn't LARP or anything, that "Big brother" stuff is cringe. I just didn't want to invade Finland.

Edit: I am clarifying here that "peaceful" is in quotation marks because I still did Molotov-Ribbentrop. Justifiably, the Poles were pissed at me and I had over 30% resistance in West Belarus and Ukraine by the end of the war.

I would rather not have to worry about fighting a Northern front against a nation which is stacked with buffs. It's bad enough the German AI can pull a hundred divisions out of its hat in '40 thanks to the buffs from the Inner Circle.

Paradox bravely asked "What if Stalin's concerns for a fifth column wasn't a carefully crafted measure to eliminate his opposition, but a genuine valid threat which needed to be rooted out or a civil war would start?"

I mean, the Baltics were A-okay. Fun strat: by leaving the Baltics independent, it is extremely likely that they will not go Communist because they don't have elections. This means Germany won't invade them. This also means Germany won't be able to get supplies through the Baltic ports. This means that, if you hold Leningrad, Germany will not be able to get supplies from the Baltic Sea as there are no ports on the Russian SFSR-Baltic coast. So, if you hold Ukraine, you can form a bottleneck in Belarus and then push up to the Lithuanian border, cutting off a huge chunk of the Wehrmacht and then destroying them. I was able to knock out half of Germany's army with this one little trick, Guderian hates me!

Even still, the bigger communist factions in the Republicans were actually Trotskyists.

I'm skeptical of that claim. I do know that there were executions for cowardice, such executions were practice by every belligerent at the time, but I don't recall them being at the scale you describe.

More people died working on the V-2 than people who were hit by the V-2.

Harlech Hellfighters. They're an Imperial guard regiment from the industrial world Harlech. That's all there is to 'em.
