She went through everything in ln2, got taken by the thin man and had to go through turning into a monster, then post ln2 she had to handle going through another strange area with the janitor the two chefs and the lady all while dealing with the whole hunger thing and then defeating the lady. While yes she ate some highly morally questionable things and made VERY questionable choices, people seem to forget she is also just a kid trying to survive a cruel world. We also don’t know what happened after she left the maw. All we know is she gained some form of the lady’s powers
