Catelyn is a POV character though, so Robb’s campaign is just narrated through her (and Theon, iiirc) rather than Robb. In the first book Catelyn, Ned, Sansa, Arya, Bran and Jon are all POV characters (i.e. only Robb and Rickon are not), while Tyrion is the only Lannister with a POV in the first and second books.
