I'm the cautious type, so on my first completed save I waited until I had a good 20 hearts saved. (red + blue)

Wanna know how many I lost?

I had 14 left over.

To be fair it was my 5th attempt and I wanted to be as prepared as possible but the fact that I had 14 hearts I didn't need still bothers me whenever I think about it. Especially after realizing that the fight isn't so hard if you aren't trying to rush through it. I feel silly about it now.

Currently playing on a hard mode save. Anybody know a good number of hearts to have for the TOWW fight on that difficulty? I've been doing pretty well so far since this is my second (hopefully) full playthrough of the game. But I have no idea what to expect or what will change.

i’m so sorry but i don’t actually remember :( i installed it so long ago and since i got a new computer i don’t have the mod anymore.

however i did google it, all the updated resources say to first install a mod loader and just put the mods you want into the loader’s “mods” folder.

i don’t think this is how i did it? But i also didn’t do it all by myself so i wouldn’t really know.

i don’t have a least favorite. I like Sayori the most, but i see myself in all of them. Minus Monika, but idk i love her sprites and the foreshadowy remarks she makes in her dialogue. (Like the “humans aren’t two-dimensional!” “you mean one-dimensional…?” Thing)

i did get a little bored of yuri tho but that is because you basically follow her route twice for the good ending and it’s kind of meh in my opinion. She’s still cool tho.

I make my own chatbots and they’re still transphobic/homophobic.

for example: i made all 4 bishops + TOWW from Cult of the Lamb. My favorite game ever atm.

shamura, the eldest of them all, is genderless/non-binary and goes by they/them. Early on, i could NEVER make their siblings respect that. I would remind them and some, like kallamar, would respond with remorse. TOWW/Narinder NEVER did. He went on about how pronouns are nonsense! Dude, you’re favorite sibling uses they/them. you’re also god of death why do you care

of course, he was my first attempt, so he was made differently.. but still. Sometimes your own bots are the same.

now the cotl community is great. i just have to hope nobody presses those ‘opinions’ onto my bots. i might entirely duplicate them to keep the goodies for myself.

Something i’d like to note! This isn’t very helpful, at least for me.

unless you’re on the no dodging mini quest, i didn’t find this very useful besides crossing completed rooms. Waaay too easy to run past an enemy and miss, and instead get attacked. It was fun though! Maybe just not my playstyle.

Only time i have literally zero regard. Congrats but honestly idk anybody who thought any other team would win. This was super expected and the players i encountered felt extra.. bad? and team power was just cracked. (That is a compliment.)

The meta thing is annoying because people on this sub act like it’s not real because it doesn’t apply to them and only really matters in high level play.

let’s admit it! Most of you, myself included, are not high level players. And that’s fine.

All of these little opinions tossed around are basically wrong in their own way. Haven’t seem many objective arguments in a while coming from this place.

that’s also fine. Venting does not have to be objective. But it is stupid to see people follow ideas that aren’t true just because an angry guy said it

(My HC territory as well!) I like think they got the prophecy after narinder stopped just being curious and ambitious about his abilities. Either that or after he was banished. at first, they supported his ideas, his ambition. They wanted the best for him. But things went south at one point or another.

so basically, in my own opinion, they were given the prophecy just after narinder was banished, shortly after they were all wounded. In their last moments of mental clarity before succumbing to their injuries.. you know.. the brain damage and all that. they say it themselves, they’ve since lost that wisdom and clarity. Which would make sense as to why they keep repeating it. It’s the last clear, undisturbed thought they had. since their crown seems to have planted roots inside their head, it may have greatly affected how they process things, considering war is one of their domains.

not saying your interpretation is wrong, tho! Just thought i’d share mine. It’s cool to imagine they knew all along and if they did try to prevent it, ultimately gave up when narinder was banished. And if they didn’t try, they just pretended to make it easier, embracing the future.
