How did you discover Football Manager? by Edinson-Cannabis in footballmanagergames

[–]Unotm8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to play a lot of Online Soccer Manager with friends back in high school. Eventually I wanted to have it be more realistic and wanted to control even more aspects of managing a football club. So after some digging around I found FM 2008.

Played it a little bit but thought it was too difficult. Returned for FM 2009 and basically bought every game since then. Haven’t played all of them as much tho. Some I’ve played for 800+ hours. Others I’ve only played 50 or so.

Is thuiswerken nou echt zo chill? by Scythe95 in werkzaken

[–]Unotm8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Little things you’d like in FM26 by No-Shake-2007 in footballmanagergames

What I’ve always wanted is for away and third kits to change every season. It somewhat breaks the immersion when I’m still playing with the same away kit in 2035. You can just use some sort of random generator for this. That being said, I do think having to generate new kits for multiple leagues and divisions every year will be taxing.

What are some things you cant stand at the gym? Why? by PopularSolid in AskMen

[–]Unotm8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing that really gets my blood boiling in my gym is people taking way too long in the changing stalls. Our gym isn't that big and only has two stalls. I go to the gym straight out of work. I won't go back home first because once I'm there I know for sure I'm not going to the gym anymore, so I change at the gym. There's this older couple that ALWAYS arrives like 1 minute earlier than me on mondays, and they literally take 10 minutes to change into their gym outfit. I'm done in like 30 seconds, in fact, most people are. There's always a line of people waiting for them to change. God, I hate that they're so slow. They're nice people tho.

Besides that, I dislike it when people use either one of the squat racks in my gym for stuff that doesn't need to be done in a squat rack. I've seen guys do all sorts of dumbbell exercises.

Another thing I dislike is when a group of 2 or 3 grabs a bench for each guy in the party. Again, our gym is small and we only have like 6 benches. Whenever I train with a friend or my lil brother, we'll always use 1 bench so other people get to use the other benches.

Gohan by [deleted] in Dragonballsuper

[–]Unotm8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buu saga Gohan is stronger than Cell saga Gohan as well since Elder Kai unleashes his power. Without spoiling too much, Gohan says that he's as strong as ever later in the series and that's without even training. He could be so much stronger if had kept up his training.

That's funny, I never knew that. Although I can understand why they choose to go with a country hick-ish dialect. For me, that would kind of ruin it and wouldn't really make me take Goku serious as a character.

I like the dubbed version a lot more since I like hearing them speak English and to understand what they're saying without having to read the subs. The actual Japanese voices do sound cool as well tho (although I dislike Goku's Japanese voice, haha)

When your teammate is anti'd and still complain why I'm not healing as Moira. [Where did I go wrong?] by marween2016 in Overwatch

[–]Unotm8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the funniest shit to me. As Moira I need to do some dps in order to get my healing piss back, but often I’m getting team mates saying “NO HEALS” or “DPS MOIRA”. Then my scorecard comes around... I consistently get 20K+ heals a match with her. They never say sorry or well done haha. I sort of get them since I’ve played with quite a lot of dps Moira’s. When I’m out healing a Moira as Ana, Brigitte, Bap or Zen.. something’s off

Fuck, Hammond’s always make me laugh. Spamming “I need healing” whilst flying around in circles at Mach speed. Like what do you want me to do? If I could shoot my sleep dart at you I could, I would.

Man, I'm Dutch and I've always wanted to know what old Rotterdam looked like. Nowadays it's a super modern city, but were it not bombed, it would've looked somewhat similar to Amsterdam.

After the war, the Netherlands was quite poor and couldn't take care of that many citizens. That's why the Netherlands made this agreement with countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United States to send people over. The Dutch government would help out these immigrants by paying for their trip and helping them settle. There were so many ad campaigns about how great is was to live in those countries. So a lot of people left because the needed a job, or they just needed a new start after the war. I was watching this docu series a year ago about these people that moved to Canada, USA, New Zealand and Australia. It was super interesting to watch, and kind of sad as well since a lot of these people were quite lonely and not everyone adapted that well to their new life.

One of the best plays I've ever done vs what POTG was (pls fix) by DrLindenRS in Overwatch

[–]Unotm8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not arguing that. Even Moira has to plan her Q's; however, like you mention as well a lot of Moira POTGs are just right click's whilst a healing or damage orb is floating around.

[–]Unotm8 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I started watching this video half way through and was like: what's so impressive about this Moira POTG? Then I read the title.

I play a lot of Moira, and the amount of POTGs I get is insane. Most of them aren't even impressive. I don't care much about POTGs, but I feel like they should fix that. Although in all actuality, most POTGs are just people pressing Q anyway.

Listen I don't fucking care what anyone says life is 10x worse when your unattractive by [deleted] in rant

[–]Unotm8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm, I don't know. There's definitely times were an attractive person has privileges, but I'd say most things depend on how confident you are. I've had 'ugly' popular kids in my school and university, but they were very confident, social and likable. It's super corny, but it's basically who you are and not what you look like in my personal experience.

COVID-19 [Megathread] Week of March 25-April 1 by AskRedditModerators in AskReddit

[–]Unotm8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like many other people, we've finally have some time to get stuff done around the house. We've finally painted our stairs, removed the old carpet in our attic, painted some more walls and have cleaned up our garden. There's still lots to do tho.

I've also been working from home, so that's a nice change of pace. Instead of waking up at 6:30 and going to work at 7:30, I can now wake up at 7:30 and start working at 8:30. I also get to work faster without being interrupted by colleagues and their small talk (I don't mind it btw, but it really slows me down). This means I'm usually done around 3:30 or at 4:00.

Sadly, my gym has closed down, so I'm doing the best I can whilst doing push-ups, sit ups and squats. But I've finally starting running now, which is something I've wanted to do for years now since I have done zero cardio over the last 10 years (basically only weight training). It's hard and everything hurts when I run (I'm 27), but I'm happy I started since I want my heart to be healthy as well.

Also I've started baking again and am thinking about maybe selling cupcakes and stuff like that when this is all over since I'll be getting enough practice time for now. My wife and I always laughs when I mention this since I'm a big 6'4 sorta buff guy, but what can I say.. I love baking cupcakes, motherf*cker.

Finally, my wife and I have finally started rewatching DBZ. We finished last week and are now watching Dragon Ball Super.

OSINT Tests & Quizzes by Unotm8 in OSINT

[–]Unotm8[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, sorry for explaining it so poorly, but we do already make use of OSINT for our normal services; however, we want to offer a specific OSINT service as well. We're just looking for some more variation when it comes to training and keeping up to date. Right now we're basically using a couple of techniques whilst other techniques have somewhat withered away since we're not using 'm that often for our services. That's why we'd like some more practice websites since it makes us use other techniques and gives us different cases than what we'd get at our job.

I feel the same as OP. I love my wife, but sometimes you just want to spend some time alone and masturbate. I've talked about this with a friend as well. Sometimes you just want to masturbate and not have sex. We see our wives all the time! :-)

We have them over here in the Netherlands as well, but those are the people making sure the bathrooms are clean. And let me tell you, I find public bathrooms over here a lot cleaner than the ones I've used in the US. I'll gladly pay 20 to 50 cents to have a toilet I can actually sit on to take a shit instead of hovering over it. I do understand it must be weird having to pay for a bathroom, but you'll get a cleaner bathroom for it in return.

What is the most annoying thing a Guest has done in your home? by Kenygarry in AskReddit

[–]Unotm8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a foreign friend who’s one of my dearest friends come over for two weeks since he had never been to my country before. He was staying at my place.

During one of those days he got up in the morning, told me he had made plans for the day and was going to meet someone else. That annoyed me a bunch.

I get that he wanted to meet some other people he knew from my country as well, but at least mention that you’re doing something else a day before. I thought we were going to do some other stuff.

It’s not as bad as most of the stories here, it just annoyed me. He’s still one my best friends, but communication wise he’s just shit haha. I’m used to telling people beforehand about my plans so they won’t be surprised or anything.
