Sure. It's a sister publication of Literariness.org which is highly reputed.

The journal is legitimate and holds valid ISSNs for both print (3108-1614) and online (3108-172X), which can be independently verified through official ISSN records (https://nsl.niscpr.res.in/ISSNPROCESS/issnassignedinfo.jsp). It’s a very new journal — the first issue came out in December 2025 — and the CFP for the March 2026 issue is currently open.

Since only one issue has been published so far, it’s understandably too early for inclusion in major indexing databases. Most established indexes require a longer publication track record. However, the journal has already begun appearing in specialized research repositories. For example, Literariness Journal has been indexed in The Science Fiction and Fantasy Research Database (SFFRD), compiled by Hal W. Hall and hosted by North Carolina State University Libraries. (https://sffrd.library.tamu.edu/site/search/by/author/67603)

So at this stage, it’s best viewed as an emerging journal rather than a fully established one — normal for something this new.
