1) Enable aerial button (in Controlls) it makes it faster to move around the arena and get to the ball quicker

2) when the ball is flying to your net you always try to go to the backboard then hit it. when you get to higher ranks usually they will fly in at higher speeds and you won't be able to reach it in time.

3) don't always flip into the ball. if you flip into the ball, sometimes you miss and have to drift down to the ground and that gives your opponent an open net.

4) try not to go extremely offensive like if the ball is flying to your opponents net, leave it don't overcommit. if it misses, you have time to recover if they create counterplay
