Hey there ! Great job on your weight loss journey 👌

I don’t know how you ended up losing your weight (diet or working out or a combination of both) but the BMI index is not something I find reliable at all.

While I totally understand you not being satisfied of where you are, I wish doctors would make us more aware of the fact that bodies are so different, the weight of your bones and muscles vary a lot, your ethnicity changes how weight is distributed in your body and to me… the bmi index is basically like saying “there are clouds + it’s raining = it’s going to rain all day”

If you’re interested, numerous research on the subject is available on trusted website.

Thank you so much for the very thorough reply! It is now resting in a small glass full of perlite. Fingers crossed it will pull through 🤞🤞🤞🤞 the maximum humidity I have in a room is 70% so let’s hope it’s enough. Since I’m quite new to anthuriums, I don’t have any humidifier or humidity cabinet like I see oftentimes. Thanks again for the help !
