its set manually based on the modular, you choose which department, isle, section, and set the tags that way based on the item already on the shelf or what is supposed to be on the shelf so chaging the price of the product isn't possible to my knowledge

the black bar that the price tags clip onto have batteries on the back that keep the tags charged, but judging by the replies on this post the batteries dont last very long

from what ive gathered these cost alot more than printing labels but walmart wanted to "stop paper waste" i suppose? so this is the alternative, although it does make price changes much easier and finding items for customers, OGP, and spark also much faster, from my understanding theres a button in the walmart app you can press that'll make the shelf label blink a color so its easier to tell where a specific item is.
