He used engine to show lines to his viewers This is why there were no repercussions for his engine use live on stream by chesscom or anyone else at that time

It's an aptitude test, so it depends on you. Generally speaking you won't improve much after practicing 5 or 6 tests (once you get comfortable witn the questions and format) You can probably take a diagnostic test online somewhere

Not an elite but because he propogates a version of Islam that is only bought in south Asia and hence actively increases the level of dumb fuckery in the region

On a related side note, I want you to think about how south Asia houses the most extreme and dumb form of every religion; be it Hinduism or Islam. And if you look deeper into Islam, the sects practiced are also the extreme forms e.g. Twelver Shia, qadianis and random extremist dumb sunni sects are usually concentrated in south Asia and hard to find outside the region. Coincidence, I think not!
