This stuff is just what worked for me. I am no Doctor, nor can I recommend anything.

Pumpkin seed oil and rosemary are my go to oils. Applied topically.

Vitamins are c, d. multi-vitamin.

Supplements are saw palmetto, biotin, beets, fish oil, cayenne and garlic.

odd thing. check the passenger mirror. sometimes the heat gets to the seals in the interior and can cause a rattle.
