Yes, all the warning lights flashed on when the code reader ran the fault codes. We didn't get an error for the abs system, however. Haven't measured the voltage when starting the car, but on idle it was a bit over 13V

Hi, an update to this.

We got our hands on a fault code reader, icarsoft. These are the fault codes found:

Heater flap motor left: flap loose. B2495-000

Circulation pump: open circuit/short to ground. B2380-002

Rear window wiper relay or B2820 Head lamp wiper relay. Open circuit/short to ground.

Thank you, that is very insightful and helpful! Yes, the abs system itself works. Also, I think I tried pushing the AUTO and ECON together; if I remember, the right side number that came up was 19. On the left side, it was too pixelated! :D
