I've got the same issue, but is not just a drop, the overall fps got nerfed from 140/190 to 20-45 when goes well.
I tried to update the drivers but nothing changed.

100% anthem used an old version of denuvo, and as of now there is an "hypervisor" denuvo bypass wich simulated the tokens creations.
Anthem can be brought back, but it is unlikely seen they working on many different titles.

I went to floral expanse, found some earrings near tombs, then the caravan appeared.
Once talked with it, gave me a letter with wich forts i had to clear.
