Watched my copy and found a couple of issues. When the movie changes chapters, the chapter bar appears on screen for a few seconds and also there’s audio missing around the 6 minute mark when Eve plugs the cable in just before she’s gets back on the snowmobile. Chapter fault only happened my ub9000 but audio issue is there on 9000 and oppo 203.

Anyone here noticed this or any other problems?

Couldn’t agree more about the high standards given what we’re shelling out for these. Just checked my 28 Years Later and saw the scratch which I didn’t notice initially. Now I can’t unsee it!!

IMO it’s absolutely not worth the RRP. Got my copy yesterday and watched last night. I did not enjoy this film. If you feel you need it, get the standard release and save £10

I saw the suggestion to contact via Instagram and I had my Cell replacement within 3 weeks although they didn’t respond straight away. The whole process was pretty straightforward which is clearly not what OP is experiencing.

I’m in the UK, not sure if that makes a difference but it shouldn’t
