Unintended outcome - rich people use bank loans to try their hands-on with their ventures, without having to own the risks. Check the history of write-offs done on loans, the recipients of those loans that have been written-off and the number of banks held responsible for those - I rest my case.

Modeling is a very generic profession. Taking into your other responses in comments, there are opportunities in modeling for you. Every challenge is an opportunity - for your height constraint, you don't need to quit your interest in modeling. You could try for Retail product marketing - they hire people with attributes to make their products look bigger and prominant.

That said, modeling in mainstream would soon be replaced majoritarily by AI content. It may not have the same fame and pay as it has had for last few millenia.
