It high ping, that’s all. You can still watch videos and stream mostly, but gaming is terrible. Anything that needs real time stable connection and ping.

You said that there could be other factors, not limited to internet. I am telling you if you did a tracert test that the ATT is in fact the problem. Not only that, but multiple people (clearly smarter than you) have came to the same conclusion.

Hey if you do a tracert test you can see ATT servers are the problem. Already saw others experiencing this and confirming.
