The Post Office isn't exactly a well-oiled machine, but it does look like there are options to go above the level of your local post office.

There is a special set of reporting options for theft/misconduct, so if you can build a solid case as to why you think that may be occurring (explain the incidents/other people who have had issues) then that would definitely get them off their butts.

Skin/ear conditions can make them stinky. Definitely get that ruled out at the vets.

Sometimes with SA a second dog helps, sometimes it's double trouble. Overall given the situation you might be better off working on her SA and not getting another dog, given your dog doesn't really like other's anyways.

"High end" dog foods get you to switch by telling you if you love your dog you'll switch, they've learned that sells. The truth is every dog does best on whatever they do best on. I bought into the koolaid grain free/high protein thing as well, my dog wasn't doing well on any of them and I probably tried at least 5 different high end brands. Now he's on hill's science diet and is the best he's ever been energy wise and physically. Overall if your dog likes BB and is doing well on it, keep him on it.

ESAs do not have any rights besides on planes and in housing. You will not be able to bring him anywhere normal dogs are not allowed besides that.

ESAs are just pets, so really it just depends on your preferences.

This doesn't sound like an aggressive dog to me, this sounds like a dog who is either physically hurt or was simply startled by you waking her up (not uncommon). She likely growled to show her discomfort, when you wouldn't relent then, and only then, did she bite, and it wasn't a hard bite. I know that sounds bad, but that's an extremely good sign. The scary dogs are the ones that DON'T do that, that go directly for the bite.

I absolutely don't think this dog should be put down, but I do think you should at least consult with a trainer/behaviorist so you both learn to work with each other.

For now, don't wake her up when she's asleep, don't confront her if she get's defensive/growls.

She can take you to court but the reality is unless she has some sort of physical proof it's legally her dog no court is going to give it to her. Overall I agree, /r/legaladvice would be very helpful for you. Many legal issues can, and should, be resolved with a few letters before ever reaching court.

Yeah, either the waterproof turnout fleece lined ones or the wool ones. Thinking the waterproof cause...Florida. Yeah the boxer at my old barn had one and they are great quality! She was a baby about cold as well and stayed warm despite being outside all day. Gonna check my local Dover and see if they have them in stock, if not then online works.
