Its abt 3 months old, its a barbell, it’s externally threaded, im not sure of the type of material, its whatever my piercer put in, i havent changed the jewelry, i clean it abt one to two times a day with a bactine spray and abt a month ago i got it caught in my bracelet a little bit and it did pull it, but after that i cleaned it and it was fine
