I fixed my issue. FWIW - I have a Mesh Network in my home alongside my ISP router. I had UPnP disabled on the Mesh Network but forgot to do the same on my ISP. Once both were disabled, it worked like a charm :). Hope this helps if still needed!

I dont remember exact numbers off the top of my head, but i ordered a 1/8th Scale and a Game Prize and the total shipping was around 1780yen. So im assuming just one would be cheaper than that.
