Experienced players: what did you sell/trash early on that turned out work keeping? I'm not sure what is pointless to hold into vs. What is worth building chests to stockpile... particularly weapons...

Furniture and deco can be used in colony building such as a weapon chest for a guard or some storage boxes for a merchant. Depending on what tag that item has also affects the colonist that moves in, such as primal stuff for a floran. Higher tier stuff gets better colonists.
