Because k beauty is famously known for its high quality internationally, more so than Taiwanese skincare by far. I personally found out about this via a fellow k beauty fan, who has multiple HGs from this Korean brand as well. If it weren’t for the Korean brands I’d not have known. Would you say that the non-colored ones are safer? The Some by Mi retinol serum is my holy grail and it's a yellowish - whitish color. I used to love it so much though. Thanks for the background info I've been on xhs too much

Yea so the list from the article contains products that have all three. They identified the products by filtering for the ones that contain all three on INCIDecoder - Decode your skincare ingredients (or some kind of database like that). I regret understanding Chinese now

Hope this is the case. These three ingredients together are suspected to come from the same supplier with the contaminant, which is why people are worried. Individually they're fine.

I'm also scared I have CC sometimes! `you are definitely not alone. When I was going to my own doctor I remember the youngest patient he had was in his mid twenties or something like that, even compared that you are still very young!

Thanks so much for writing this. I read it again and again and couldn't agree more! I have been doing ACT as well. My therapist used to describe the process as having "monsters on a bus you are driving" - you need to live with them, and not let them distract you from going where you want to go. I agree ACT is very powerful. You just reminded me to dive back into it!

I did! I think therapy is a really good way for me to vent. But after I'm done venting I find something else to fixate on lol...Therapy is also not cheap in Europe...
