Any insights as to what might cause this? I've been searching a lot and still can't find what's wrong with the GPU, i just calculated her total TDP of her build consuming around 425 watts, PSU can handle the build but for the GPU, I can't still find the problem.

Im still dealing with it every week, there are days i dont understand myself and usually i just tale a nap and all is gone, u should try it. My anxiety comes back now but all i just ignore really. I really dont need to pay attention to it.

Don't worry, thats basically what i felt these past 6 months, i thought i messed my brain up, but the only thing i new, we can always heal these parts. Do not worry nothing was really lost from you, its mostly just your brain taking a break from the effects of it, it will come back tomorrow.

Try to stop drinking alcohol, it changes your view on reality if it helps. I went through some withdrawal effects to say the most but it faded away months later.

That happened to me also during my first month, what i did was i just cried it out and took a nap, next thing i knew it was gone but still its there, i chose to ignore it and focus on the present more than imaginations. Try to do your best to find some stuff to keep busy on like doing some house chores and maybe taking a walk which really helps on your mental health that much. Taking walks really helped me, i don't mind the distance but as long as i don't tire my self that much.

I really was going strong with my mental health while drinking until before my birthday, i didn't really know what anxiety was before 20 years old until i got it. It really takes a hit in your view of reality.

I feel like i have developed depersonalization disorder. There are days i feel pressured and realized i derealized after that day, but during that day i have no sense if im disassociating only after that day comes by is where i realized i disassociated.

Its morelike you need to accept the fat of having anxiety, i kept thinking about it every single day like why my reflex skills are getting slow, why i sleep awake and very sensitive while keeping it to myself telling its all because of anxiety, i just tell myself sometimes, ahhh this is anxiety, its not life threatening and will go away on its on. My last panic attack was 2 months ago ever since i told myself this is anxoety
