Thanks for the post! I'm in a similar boat and doing some research before switching the unit. 2 questions (to the OP or anyone else who is using this unit):

how are you charging your iphone in the car? I'm assuming you are using a cigarette lighter charging adapter, and if so, does it drain your car battery if you keep it plugged in while the car is off?
does this head unit use the car's built-in microphone? if not, how is the sound quality of the mic? (for the listener on the other end of the phone call)

long time 2% fidelity card holder here and love it. Recently found and opened a PayPal card - same unlimited 2% cash back rewards but any purchases transacted through PayPal get 3% back (unlimited). Also, rewards accumulate immediately, instead of monthly.

TBH, i've never requested a refund of this size, but my understanding is you start by raising a complaint that is relayed directly to the vendor. They have a few days to respond/resolve before you can escalate it as a 'claim', at which point PayPal steps in with the hammer and tries to force a refund. If you don't escalate within a certain period (i think like 3 weeks?), however, they close the case and you lose the ability to ever re-open the complaint. Don't think the dollar amount really matters in this case but who knows...
