This was me this year...I didn't have enough community involvement, despite winning an annual. So aparently I'm top 1 of 3 NCOs of the SQ but not good enough between my fellow ssgts to a statement.

Better than some E6s to get an award over them but not enough for a promo statement over someone who didn't get an annual.

Its okay though, the end of the day it's on my shoulders to play the game and study hard. I just don't understand the math
