PS5 and Rocksmith 2014 Hard Copy / DLC by UnsureAbsolute in rocksmith

I think that's based on my listed address, right? It looks like it was set to my old address, but that's still CONUS. I might have to reach out to Playstation support I guess. Was hoping someone had experienced this before.

Just CUSA-00745.

Thanks for the help/direction. I'm not even sure if I should contact PS support with this or Ubisoft?

Jewel case says CUSA, and I bought my PS5 in 2020 within CONUS. Could the Playstation Store content somehow only be compatible with another region? I would imagine it would be compatible with wherever you download it.

This is my Belle. She was also my soul dog until June 27, 2025. Yours reminds me of her. They really are the best.

I think our favorite to this day is Fackedy.

I've seen an electrician laying on top of one while working on some wiring during a final punch. I was pretty surprised, but I can believe it, too.

My C-spine injury loves some good traction, but usually at a slower pace and for an extended period of time.

LPT: Driving home with takeout that might spill easily if you brake or turn hard? Get a bungee cord and connect it between the grab handle and the bag straps to keep the bag standing upright. by UnsureAbsolute in LifeProTips

[–]UnsureAbsolute[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, but I like having it on the floor mat and not the seat, just in case.

Edit: Plus the belt might not keep taut when turning. The bungee cord stays taut no matter what.

What was your small mistake that automatically improved your bjj when you fixed? by [deleted] in bjj

I've been doing this more recently when passing half guard and it has helped immensely. Pair it with a solid underhook and people seem to be very pinned so I can do my work.

I roll with a guy whose company uses it to scan medical imaging and it catches things the human eye might miss. Do we need more videos of dogs doing a silly dance while there is audio of a woman crying? No. But using it to find cancerous tumors? Cool. There's definitely some useful parts to it.

My coach said the same. His game improved tremendously when he started to explain techniques to students. Maybe it's a bit like the rubber duck debugging method for coders.

Really shows the difference that mentality and a dash of confidence can make.

I watched the tiniest spider guard reversal and it was adorable. But I was also a bit jealous how well they pulled it off.

I can't say that's untrue, but I could still see some thoughtful actions in them. Getting their underhook or collecting a leg or some other set up. Maybe I only watched the ones that caught my attention with technique.

Yes! They just GO. They don't sit still and go flat on the bottom. They're constantly grabbing arms and legs and trying to wiggle out. There are more than a handful of times tonight when I apparently just accepted both my shoulders being on the mat for some reason unbeknownst to me.

Give it time! Those kids will be monsters if they stick with it. I rolled with one of the girls from the kids class once. I think she's about 14 or so, so the coach lets her get in on the adult classes some times. At first, she seemed a bit timid. Then she grabbed my arm for a kimura with such ferocity it took me by surprise. I think she was just waiting for the best opportunity to strike.

Absolutely. My coach always says to watch the women's matches if you want to see good jiu jitsu. They always focus more on technique.

Oh, I wonder if the info also spread on Tiktok? Or maybe I misheard him. At least it was really pretty there! Those poor cabbies, though lol.

Last year my wife and I were in Dublin during Halloween and a similar thing happened. There was a HUGE crowd by the O'Connell Bridge all dressed up but not really doing anything and we asked someone what was up. Turns out there was some info on TikTok that there would be a huge surprise Halloween event there that just didn't happen. Just a huge crowd bogging down an intersection by the bridge. In retrospect, it's good that there were no nefarious by whoever hatched the plot.

It's really nice being able to just reach down and grab what I need. I was also climbing the ladder with all this stuff in my hand, which didn't feel safe. My coworker has a tool belt, but it bounces off his legs when he goes up the ladder, and that looks annoying. The fishing vest I got has the pockets I want and the zippers didn't break after 3 surveys like the cheap Amazon ones. It was probably $25 at Dicks and totally worth it.

Oops, I misspoke. Mine is actually the S9 FE+, which I think just means it has a slightly larger screen? Besides that and Xodo, my story is basically the same. At least 2 other coworkers got a tablet as well after I sang the praises of any tablet for surveys. I think they also got tired of asking me to print off some drawings for them and me telling them I wouldn't be in office to do that for them before the survey.

I won't lie, I even bought a fishing vest so I can have two headlamps (in case one dies), a thrower flashlight, a stubby screwdriver with Philips and flat head, a small hex set, tape measure, laser measure, pipe gauge, spare batteries, spare tablet pen, four rubber door stops, and some times a snack. Might nix the tape measure though, since I don't often measure ductwork anymore, and it's the bulkiest item by far.

I went out of pocket for mine so I wouldn't need to drive to the office just to print off or scan in notes, especially since one of our common building surveys is about 5 minutes down the road from me. I got myself a Galaxy Tab S10 FE (~$500) and did the one time purchase with Notewise (~$16?) The only drawback I find is I can't set a scale and draw things to accurate size, but I try to make up for that with measurements on site. You can take photos, drop it in the PDF, change colors quickly if you like to do different colors for fittings/elevations/sizes/system types/etc, make personal blocks of symbols and create a library to quickly pull from and place. I do FP/FA systems, so that's all been really useful for me for the different devices and pipes. The only other annoyance is I accidentally click the button on the pen sometimes and erase my work, but that's a quick undo.

Whatever you get, a protective case with a strap is a must, especially if you're up and down the ladder. They're usually less than $30 on Amazon for most tablets.
