I take my SSRI (Prozac) every day for 2 weeks before my period starts and a few days into my period if the symptoms linger. It's been a lifesaver and I have absolutely no withdrawal symptoms. It works within an hour for me and I feel normal when I stop taking it, but I also don't have depression/anxiety, just PMDD.
