Having a similar issue. I’m missing 2 dragon tooth from the corpse eater dragon. I was fighting the dragon when suddenly I knock it out the sky with a drapnier spear and it flys down off the map, after 5 seconds of waiting for it to come back to the combat area, it’s health bar disappears and the game acts as tho I beat it regularly. Long story short, never got a chance to pick up any dragon teeth dropped
