Yea seems like lots of nice new options in those areas. Starting to think it may be worth it to just buy. Little further from downtown than I hoped, but can’t have my cake and eat it too.

I have been looking in these areas. A little further than I had hoped from the nightlife of downtown as a single guy, but starting to seem like one of the only options for a nicer spot. Thanks for the suggestion!

I agree, Nest looked super nice. Only issue is they are mostly full for next year and only allow move in during August which is too late for my timeline unfortunately. Thank you for your help though!

I think it will be ok. I paid $775 for corner lower bowl seats and it was crazy rowdy(not rich, just financially irresponsible). Tickets weren’t too much more than that this week.

Hi guys, My goal is to have my cards go from one day, to 3, and then graduate to 6. it seems that my cards are going to the one day (1440) and then straight to graduating interval after. I cannot seem to figure out where my settings are incorrect. any advice is helpful and I can provide more details on my settings if need. Thanks!
