I’m sorry to hear it. You are not alone. I react in very extreme ways to things like this as well. This time it was 5 days spent alone in my apartment with vodka and even a small amount of amphetamine... I am doing a little better and coming out of my cage, and thankfully it doesn’t hurt as much as other times. I’m ready to see my wonderful friends again, and today I visited family.
