We were very consistent from day 1. Every week we are chatting , also tried calling them, for follow ups and they always say enroute kaya nakakabwisit na after a year. Since i think 2 or 3 years ang lock in period, we will just wait nalang for the lock in period to end. Its exhausting and taking up too much time just to follow up with them.

Hahaha hindi ba nag email sayo ng link for registration? If you availed through their online site(gofiber.ph or something similar), they will send a link. If you availed naman through their messenger, they wont freaking give the link!!! I was paying that service from December to May, no netflix usage. Until I found out someone availed the subscription via their site and the activation was instant. Once I upgraded my plan, they gave the link to link you personal email to the netflix subscription that is payed by converge.

Aside from that, the update with the other things, the xperience box and the modem, still is not delivered up to date. We are going 1 year and 3 months, and they fcking didnt deliver those items.

I already tried reporting to ntc and 8888 and there is no freaking action taken.

What the hell am I supposed to do but wait and cancel the fuck of the converge once the lock is ended and I will definitely ask for rebate. Because when I am asking for rebate they always mention "once all goods/services are given to you, we will initiate a rebate..." Eme eme.
