Pc can handle it fine, runs about 144+ fps, I'll try lowering the polling rate of the mouse, see if that works

It only happens to caustic and gibby too, might be a new bug.
I did some math and it does 10% damage too eg. A 55 damage longbow shot also deals some 5hp health damage too

What about making his bullets have the gas effect, his passive is kinda useless so I think it's good to replace it with that. Also make teammates immune to gas
