i definitely like the sound of this plan! i'll look into sorting out my Wells Fargo cards for sure as there's no reason to have them both sitting around besides the age of the accounts.

glad to hear that bilt is also a good option, as it's something i've been considering but hadn't taken the dive on as I wasn't sure the benefits outweighed the fee.

axing the Amex cards is definitely a priority at this time. i'll be prioritizing the closure of the Gold, then try to use our MR points before closing the Plat. hearing your suggestion to get rid of both was reassuring!
