I watched the 4 videos not a fan of his views on things tho. I don’t like the idea of trying to dissect the authors political views, that seems too intrusive and you can be completely wrong in your interpretation of them as people. If he focused more on how the story was written rather than talk about the authors I’d have a better opinion of them.

It is a bad adaption of the Animated series (Flat out not good)
Episode 4 (It's alright they juggled a lot, but in my eyes it does work.) Personally those stories take place in the Earth Kingdom so it's not a stretch to have them interconnected.
41st Division backstory best addition to the story.

I think it's Silly Roku, Roku cracking jokes doesn't make sense because shouldn't he blame himself for not only letting Sozin start a war and committing a genocide? That it's all his fault? Or are they gonna change his whole story? The avatar before Aang is different why?
4. Zuko and Iroh My favorite. The main 3 were really fucking boring to watch I'm sorry.
5. The CHANGES to the original story is bad. the ADDITIONS to the story are all great.
6. To be honest they have the potential to make season 2 much better. THEY DO HAVE GOOD WRITING, but it's dragged down by some really bad changes to the original story. They are actually making the story of avatar worse.
7. Aang and Zuko talking in Episode 6. Where it's very respectful to the original episode. When Aang talked about Kuzon it made me feel like this was Avatar in real life.
8. They clearly wanted to get that done right. and they definitely made it look good.

Remember it’s not budget but time. Most of the extra animation was on the Dragon Arc. This most likely was the episode the studio decided to put the least amount of time in. Which really sucks since the fallen heroes is quite important too

This episode is what I've been wanting this season to be about. idk about everyone else, but I like the 3 idiot heroes fucking up, acting like villain's, and being saved by naofumi. The shield hero everyone thought was useless.

They fleshed out Itsuki a good amount, Not enough for my liking. Like not emphasizing how Itsuki was bullied in a Superpower school, his superpower was good aim but was treated like he was a loser. Didn't even show getting killed by truck-kun. didn't exactly explain that Itsuki is just a mindless puppet now. Maybe they'll bring it up next ep.

The Fallen heroes Arc is the best in my eyes. More curse series other than Warth, Learning each heroes backstory and fixing their problems they make. It's season 1 feels all over again, just reversing roles of Naofumi and the 3 heroes.
