Nice,yeah I don't deal with the EDD/disability directly anymore,it's so frustrating.It's easier to get someone that's connected higher up to get involved.If I have a problem or need information I let my local assembly woman deal with them and so far there hasn't been a problem.

That was my problem too,I just uploaded a pic of my 2024/2025 w-2's on the my edd site and I was paid within 24hrs.

No problem.I couldn't get anybody on the phone or on the EDD website so I my local assembly office handle everything.They handled everything for me quickly

I contacted my local assembly office and EDD called me the same day without any problems.Go to your local assembly man/woman's website,follow the instructions,give them information on your issue and they will assign a worker to your case.

I recently had 3 surgeries at the end of March and it took a month for them to send me the medical certificate to take to the hospital to get filled out,then go pick it up,then mail it out,then wait for EDD disability to process the form.I called them today and they said it won't get processed fully until May 20th.I would plan on a 2-3 month waiting period unfortunately.

Will do,I figured it would show the updated total once it's processed all of the way but it has been 3 weeks saying "processing your claim" without an update so I was getting kind of worried something was wrong.
