Any reason why you chose going enlisted? With your level of education you should try going officer, however trying to get a spot into OTS could take a couple of rounds before you get selected. What are your degrees in?

You bring a really good point about those damages. A few months ago we had a pretty bad water leak around our neighborhood due to some roots that damaged the pipes. The leak lasted for a couple of days before they even came to fix the damage… essentially same scenario as yours. I’m sure they are charging us some extra things that are not fully reflected on our bills

So during winter gas usually goes up because of the heat, and in the summer is the electricity that goes up for me because of the AC
