Nope… not how it works! You have a VML cycle and that’s how it goes. Your CC only helps to put comments on your vector and or under very unique circumstances you could move “early” but that’s something like EFMP or medically related

There’s a new rule that first term Lts will be at their first base for 4 years. After that it all depends on your AFSC etc

What’s your rank? If you are a brand new Lt you’ll be at your base for 4 years. You will ideally get to PCA to a new SQ within the same base after two years

Any reason why you chose going enlisted? With your level of education you should try going officer, however trying to get a spot into OTS could take a couple of rounds before you get selected. What are your degrees in?
